Terms and Conditions

Boundary’s Best Return & Refund Policy

At Boundary’s Best, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Terms of Return

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
     
  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
     
  • Perishable food items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
     

Reasons for Return

You may return your product if:

  • You received the wrong item.
     
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
     
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase (if unopened).
     

Return Process

  1. Email our customer support team at info@boundarysbest.com with your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
     
  3. Ship the item back using the original packaging, including your RAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
     

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
     
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
     
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
     
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged products.
     

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@boundarysbest.com.
